I am a general practice attorney who is also a member of the National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys. My law practice is focused in the areas of elder law and Medicaid planning, tax law and employment law. I can provide legal assistance

I am experienced at providing top-quality professional service to a demanding clientele. Before I opened
my law practice, I worked as a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen and KPMG. When I opened my own office, I resolved to give
my individual and small business clients the same high-quality service that I had been providing to institutional clients
at a fraction of the cost. My skills as an attorney and an accountant let me offer comprehensive planning and consultations
to clients that seamlessly address a wide range of issues. I first became interested in elder law by answering a few questions
for my own family and the parents of friends who were coping with the issues around aging. As I became familiar with these
issues, I realized that I could combine my existing skills with some additional expertise that I could develop to fill a need
facing many of my peers. Those of us who are helping parents and elderly loved ones deal with the issues of old age know how
quickly a lifetime of savings can be lost if nursing home care is required. My knowledge of estate planning gives me the ability
to effectively plan estates to provide for long-term care expenses without unnecessarily depleting the assets of an estate.
